In KBS 2TV's entertainment program 'Second House', which will be broadcast at 8:30 pm on Thursday the 12th, Joo Sang-wook and Jo Jae-yoon, who are enjoying country life in Gangjin, Jeollanam-do, are shown taking on the challenge of walking with a calf.
The two people, who worked hard to build their own pond last week, are complaining of fatigue due to rapidly depleted physical strength this morning. In particular, Jo Jae-yoon, who is in his 50s, starts his mornings full of various nutritional supplements ranging from blood pressure medication to hair loss medication, while Joo Sang-wook looks in the mirror after washing his face and says, "You look good" to recharge his energy, foreshadowing laughter.
On this day's broadcast, it is said that a surprise guest will appear in the couple's second house, drawing attention. The main character was a calf from a Korean beef breeding farm right next door, and while taking a walk around the village with its owner, it visited the yard of the second house of 'Joojo Brothers'.
Joo Sang-wook said, “You look so cute. “This is my first time seeing a calf walking,” he said, unable to take his eyes off the amazing sight. Jo Jae-yoon expressed his surprise, “Does the calf recognize everything?” Next, Joo Sang-wook and Jo Jae-yoon go on a healing walk with a calf for the first time in their lives to visit a livestock farm.
Joo Sang-wook, who arrived at the barn, was surprised by a herd of about 100 cows and appeared 'speechless'. However, he soon discovers a cute calf that looks like it was just born in the cowshed, and his father smiles. Joo Sang-wook said, “It’s pretty. It is said that he expressed admiration for the peaceful appearance of the farmhouse, saying, “It seems like I am living really happily.”
Soon, the two take on the challenge of dressing the calf in winter clothing to protect it from the cold. Before dressing the calf, Joo Sang-wook said that he had made up his mind, saying, “I need to build rapport,” raising curiosity about whether he would succeed in this broadcast.
Meanwhile, on this day, the two people reminisce while looking at an old phone book. Joo Sang-wook expressed his joy, saying, “I saw it when I was young, but I didn’t know it still existed,” and Jo Jae-yoon recalled the distant past, saying, “When I was young, there were no telephones in our countryside.”
The two then attempted to order food by looking at the phone book rather than through a delivery app. However, Joo Sang-wook, who was on the phone, said in an urgent voice, “Brother, what is our address?”, adding to curiosity about what the place where Heo Dang-mi exploded at the order was like.
The laughter-filled healing life of Joo Sang-wook and Jo Jae-yoon, the '40s true friends', will be revealed on the KBS 2TV entertainment program 'Second House' at 8:30 pm on Thursday the 12th.
