Conflicting claims about Shim Eun-ha's return to acting
Absurd developments are unfolding surrounding Shim Eun-ha's return to acting.
On the morning of the 1st, By4M Studio announced in an official press release, "Last year, we signed a contract with actress Shim Eun-ha to appear in a work and paid a deposit," and "We aim to confirm and produce a return work this year."
Accordingly, Ahn Tae-ho, CEO of Clover Company, which manages actress Shim Eun-ha, said in a phone call with Ten Asia on the 1st, "It is untrue that By4M Studio signed a contract with Shim Eun-ha. They said they paid a down payment, but I don't know who they gave the down payment to. They didn't specify anyone's real name. “Please let me know,” he said, raising his voice, saying, “It is true that Shim Eun-ha is choosing a project to return as an actress, but nothing has been confirmed at all.” At the same time, he added, "For me, I have no choice but to call him a fraudster," and added, "We are considering legal action."
Accordingly, By4M Studio said that it would make an additional statement.
Shim Eun-ha, who debuted as a talent in the 22nd MBC open recruitment in 1993, rose to stardom through the drama 'The Last Match'. He continued to produce hits through dramas such as 'M' and 'The Trap of Youth'.
Afterwards, she suddenly retired from the entertainment industry in 2001, and four years later, she married former National Assembly member Ji Sang-wook in 2005. Afterwards, she focused only on domestic help and raising children. He was sometimes seen showing his support at former lawmaker Ji Wook Ji's election campaign site.
