Actor Cha Tae-hyun returns to the screen after a long time through the movie 'Puppy' (directed by Kim Joo-hwan).
On February 1, distributor Kidari Studio Co., Ltd. released a still of Cha Tae-hyun, who will show off his brotherly chemistry with Yoo Yeon-seok in 'Puppy'. 'Dog Dog' is about two brothers, Min-su (played by Yoo Yeon-seok), who is on the verge of logging out early in his life as a dog owner, and Jin-guk (played by Cha Tae-hyun), whose life itself is in crisis. Jin-guk, played by Cha Tae-hyun, is Min-soo's older cousin. He is a person who never loses his smile despite his wrinkled life, suffering from an economic crisis due to the failure of a cafe he started with pride in drip coffee. The released character stills show him working as a health trainer to make a living and the various facial expressions he makes during the butler interview process from Seoul to Jeju, stimulating curiosity about each episode.
Cha Tae-hyun leads the play with his unique wit and realistic acting, playing the character of the eldest sister, who without hesitation helps Minsu, the big dog-like younger brother who is in deep trouble, and although he may seem immature, he is very affectionate. In particular, among the dogs that appear in 'Puppy', he boasts amazing chemistry with a pug named Thor, who steals attention with his uncanny resemblance to Cha Tae-hyun, making him laugh just by looking at the stills.
In addition, the appearance of being surrounded by a total of eight puppies with strong perseverance, including four puppies with fatal charm found in a box, and being embarrassed but unable to reject them, is expected to deliver unpredictable fun to audiences of all generations.
Cha Tae-hyun predicted the passionate performances of the dog actors, saying, "Every time a new dog appears, it's so cute that you don't get bored, and when you look at it, you automatically smile and become happy."
