Da-mi Kim "Relieve stress by eating"

Actress Da-mi Kim revealed that she relieves stress by eating.

On the afternoon of the 2nd, Kim Da-mi told various stories about the upcoming movie 'Soulmate' (director Min Yong-geun) at a cafe located in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

'Soul Mate' is the story of two friends, Miso (played by Da-mi Kim), Ha-eun (played by So-ni Jeon), and Jin-woo (played by Woo-seok Byeon), who recognized each other from their first meeting and shared everything together, including joy, sadness, excitement, and longing.

In the play, Kim Da-mi plays the role of Miso. Although Miso wants to live freely as she wants, she loves Ha-eun to the point where she is always disarmed in front of her most precious friend, Ha-eun.

On this day, Kim Da-mi confessed, "We understood it in the script, but when we actually tried it on set, there were some parts that we thought needed more emotion. It was also unfortunate that the dialogue ended like this."

He continued, "I remember the last shooting, and even though it was the last shooting with Sonny and I, the three of us gathered together with the director and thought of lines. We kept making lines, discussing and fighting, asking 'What would you do if you were my sister?', 'How would you like the director?' "The fight was a good fight, and we talked a lot about it in good terms. The director listened carefully to our stories. Although he had his own thoughts, I felt like we made it together."

In fact, 'Soulmate' is a remake of the Chinese movie 'Hello, My Soulmate'. They have many fans in Korea as well. Da-mi Kim said, "I also like the original work. I was concerned about whether the people who liked it would be satisfied, but I trusted the director and the scenario. He said that it would be able to show Korean sensibilities and emotions that are different from the original work. The setting of Jeju Island can give a sense of mystery. “I thought there was one. We could compare, but I thought we had our own unique characteristics,” he said.

Also, "Youth, of course, cannot be said to be youth at any age, but there was a scene where Yeonsu was wearing a school uniform and smiling, depicting what she thought was the most beautiful time. I think I can show that as an actor. "It felt like he was young. I think he was happy. It was a beautiful scene and a happy scene, so it was an honor for even me who was filming it to feel that emotion," he said, laughing.

Kim Da-mi surprised people by revealing, “I have no hobbies.” He said, "I lie down and use my cell phone. I want to have a hobby. Even if I have a hobby, it doesn't last long. I find it fun and then I come back. I don't think I have any interests other than acting. But I don't usually think about acting. “I just live with it. I don’t seem to be interested in other things,” he said.

He also said, "I relieve stress by eating. I try to eat delicious food once a day. Sometimes I go for a drive to a place where there are no people, like nature. I'm not a loser. I'm the type of person who eats a lot of delicious food little by little, often." He added, "Recently, I went to France and Spain with my high school friend. "I went on a trip. After coming back, I realized that I like Korea. I think home is the best. Sometimes I want to disappear, but I think it would be good if it were only for a short time. It was about 10 days, but because the food was different, it didn't fit well. I didn't fight with my friend during the trip." .

Meanwhile, 'Soulmate' will be released on the 15th.
