On this day, 'Everything Everywhere All at Once', 'TAR Tar', 'The Banshee of Inisherin', 'Pavelmans', and 'Triangle of Sorrow' were nominated for the best screenplay award.
As a result of the announcement, 'Everything Everywhere All at Once' won the Best Screenplay Award. Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert said, “When I was young, I had a fantasy of winning an award.” He added, "I've never thought of myself as a storyteller. 'A Woman Talking' won the Best Adapted Screenplay trophy. The 'Woman Talking' screenwriter said, "Thank you for listening to the women's stories. We talked about how even if there are differences, they can be resolved through methods other than violence. It is important not only to simply tell the story, but Also to listen.
