In the 'Oh Eun-young Game' broadcast on the 14th, the foot-washing ceremony of In Gyo-jin, Lee Dae-ho, Moon Hee-jun, and Ahn Jae-wook continued from the previous episode. While washing her father's feet, In Gyo-jin's daughter So-eun expressed her emotion by saying, "I like my father." Next, during the turn between Lee Dae-ho and his son Ye-seung, Ye-seung showed emotion and laughter with his courageous appearance, telling his father, “I told him not to cry.” And at Ahn Jae-wook and his daughter Su-hyeon's foot-washing ceremony, Ahn Jae-wook impressed Su-hyeon by giving him several kisses and thanks. Moon Hee-jun also recalled his daughter Hee-yul's days as a newborn and concluded the foot-washing ceremony on a warm note by saying, "The first thing I touched was her foot."
Meanwhile, the one and only healing parenting show 'Oh!' with 100 parents for the final episode. SHOW' followed. In the parenting balance game, there were choice questions with golden balance, such as 'mind reading' VS 'self-immolation', 'child not eating' VS 'child not sleeping', etc. Next, the choice was tightly split 45 to 55 over 'child who does not want to go to kindergarten' VS 'child who does not want to go home'. Dr. Eunyoung Oh suggested a role-playing game called 'The Kindergarten I Made' to a child who does not want to go to kindergarten and suggested, “You should know exactly what the problem is of a child who does not want to go to kindergarten. ”
Additionally, the issue of choosing between 'whining all day' VS 'making a fuss all day' caused parents to sigh and make it difficult to make a choice. While many parents chose to 'whining all day', they also shared the common opinion that “if your child whines, it becomes emotionally difficult for you.” Dr. Eunyoung Oh said, “Children don’t usually listen. “The intensity is different depending on the individual, but children do it to survive,” he explained, adding, “I have to separate my emotions from my children.”
In 'Oh Eun-young's Sketchbook,' which followed, parents' concerns were written in a sketchbook, and fathers chose their own topics and had the opportunity to listen to Dr. Oh Eun-young's stories. Jaewook Ahn first chose to worry about the 'conflict between grandparents and educational views.' Dr. Eunyoung Oh recommended, “Determine your educational outlook through a parenting meeting, and also express your gratitude (to your grandparents).”
In Gyo-jin chose to worry about 'children's YouTube viewing time'. The storyteller said, “My child watches YouTube on a tablet PC for study until his eyes hurt. “My husband encourages me to watch it, saying it makes my brain work faster, but I discourage him,” she said. Dr. Eunyoung Oh said, “What is more important than studying is listening to parents. If you don't 'conform', you can't study. “Tablet PCs must be phased out completely,” he strongly urged. “It is important that language is a two-way communication, but videos are a one-way communication,” he said, adding that watching tablet PCs does not help language development at all.
Lastly, Dae-ho Lee chose the story of 'three beagle-like siblings raising children alone'. The storyteller was raising his first child, who had a developmental disability, and two children who were developing normally. Not only did the children damage wallpaper and household furniture, but they also smashed TVs in other homes, knocked over bookshelfs, and when they went to the playground, they scattered among themselves and caused accidents. There was a time when the children almost got hit by a car because of that. Dr. Eunyoung Oh said, “Childcare is a process that helps children grow into independent people. “The ability to self-regulate is important,” he said. “Education is not possible if you get angry. He gave advice, saying, “If you get hurt, children won’t accept it.” And to the storyteller who is having a difficult time raising children, “I'm sorry for putting a burden on your shoulders. “It may be difficult, but you should spend at least 10 minutes a day separately with your second and third children,” he recommended.
This story garnered the most sympathy, and the storyteller was rewarded with a one-on-one interview with Dr. Eunyoung Oh. Dr. Eunyoung Oh comforted the person whose eyes were red and told the story of a 30-year-old young man who had been attending her hospital since the age of 5 due to autism. The young man, who was just a child, came to the doctor's office one day and kept his promise from the past, saying, "Doctor, I said I would buy you a lot of delicious snacks, right?" He handed the snacks to Dr. Eun-young Oh and said his final words, “I bought them with the money I earned,” and Dr. Eun-young Oh deeply moved the story by cheering on the storyteller by saying, “I still keep that bag of cookies.”
Dr. Oh Eun-young also expressed her thoughts on the end of 'Oh Eun-young Game', which concludes with episode 8. He said, “For children, parents are the universe. When you experience deep and warm love in the universe, you gain the strength to live your whole life. He gave warm support to parents, saying, “If you don't know something, learn from it, and if you make a mistake, let's correct it.” 'Oh Eun-young Game' aired its final episode on ENA at 8:30 pm on the 14th.
