Lee Ha-nui heralds the most killer transformation in her filmography as Tathagata in the play. Tathagata is a top star who became a subject of national ridicule due to her disastrous acting. Unable to withstand the criticism from critics and audiences, he decides to retire and suddenly attempts to go into hiding on Kuala Island in the South Pacific.
There, Tathagata falls in love with Jonathan Na, a self-made tycoon, but gradually changes due to Jonathan Na's crazy obsession that has been squeezing her throughout their marriage. It seems that the audience will be able to experience extraordinary enjoyment through the growth process of Tathagata.
In the released stills, you can see the sharp charm of Lee Ha-nui's role as Tathagata. In particular, the movie characters and advertising images in the movie foreshadowed a different level of fun in 'Killing Romance'.
