Ryu Seung-wan's 'Smuggling' confirmed to be released on July 26th

Director Ryu Seung-wan's new film 'Smuggling' has confirmed its release on July 26.

On the 12th, distributor NEW reported this news. 'Smuggling' is a maritime criminal activity in which people who make a living by salvaging contraband thrown into the sea are caught up in the events of their lives.

'Smuggling' is director Ryu Seung-wan's new project and is attracting attention for its attractive casting combination of veteran and new actors, including Kim Hye-soo, Yeom Jeong-ah, Jo In-seong, Park Jung-min, Kim Jong-soo, and Go Min-si.

'Smuggling' has emerged as a must-see movie among audiences in the summer of 2023, with the launch poster and launch trailer released. In particular, the trailer for 'Smuggling', which was released first in theaters, gave the audience who visited the theater a strong feeling in a short period of time, including director Ryu Seung-wan's color, actors' passionate performances, and summer emotions, making it early on as this summer's favorite film.

Above all, all actors except Jo In-seong, who worked together in 'Mogadishu', are making their first appearances in director Ryu Seung-wan's work, raising expectations for fresh chemistry. I am even more glad that it is a reliable summer theater release from director Ryu Seung-wan, who has communicated with audiences through genre challenges and upgraded directing skills in each work. ‘Smuggling’ has completed post-production and will meet audiences this summer.
