In the video, Jin Tae-hyun spoke of Park Si-eun's instant love, saying, "Park Si-eun is the wizard of instant." Park Si-eun acknowledged this and said, “I really like tteokbokki and chicken.” She continued, “But my body doesn’t tolerate wheat flour. Even before I got married, I went to an oriental medicine clinic and said it would be a good idea to quit eating wheat because I was having trouble with it.”
Park Si-eun and Jin Tae-hyun advised that although the couple cannot quit spicy and salty foods, eating out, and delivery food, it would be a good idea to reduce them.
Park Si-eun also introduced a flourless dessert made with a mixture of bananas and eggs. He said, “If you mix one banana with an egg and fry it in a frying pan, it looks like a pancake and it’s really delicious.”
She said that she ate a lot of shabu-shabu when she was preparing for pregnancy. “I like meat and I don’t like salad, but I ate shabu-shabu to eat vegetables,” she said. “I ate something with white soup.” He added, “When preparing for pregnancy, shabu-shabu is good because you can eat everything from vegetables, proteins, and carbohydrates.”
Also, regarding the recommended diet to prepare for pregnancy, he said, “The easiest is soybean paste stew,” and “It also contains tofu, which is protein, and eating it that way is good for your health.” He added, "It's really delicious to steam cabbage, wrap it with meat, mackerel, tuna, etc. and eat it with soybean paste stew."
The couple attracted attention by saying, "I guess that's why we had a beautiful daughter."
Meanwhile, the couple Park Si-eun and Jin Tae-hyun were saddened by the news of a miscarriage with 20 days left before giving birth in August last year. Since then, the couple is preparing to become pregnant again.
