Kim Ji-hyun of Lula, who dominated the music industry in the 90s, visits the 'Healthy House' with her husband, saying, "As I became middle-aged, my liver health began to show red signs." Kim Ji-hyun said, "Starting in my 50s, I had a difficult time with extreme fatigue as I gained age and gained 5 to 6 kg," and recalled the time when she was shocked to be diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as a result of a health checkup.

The bigger problem was Kim Ji-hyun's husband's health. Ji-Hyeon Kim explains, “My husband was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, as well as high blood pressure and blood sugar levels, leading to high blood pressure and pre-diabetes.” He said, “Thanks to paying special attention to my liver health, I have not only improved my fatty liver disease but am now leading a lively life.”
