'Anxiety disorder' Jung Hyung-don, there was a reason for his cessation of activities

Broadcaster Jeong Hyeong-don, who took a break due to anxiety disorder, revealed that his personality changed 180 degrees after his debut in the entertainment industry.

Psychologist Professor Kyung-il Kim appeared as a guest on KBS2's entertainment show 'Problem Son of the Rooftop', which aired on the 10th.

On this day, Professor Kim said, "A person whose personality does not change suddenly or who does not get angry is said to have 'well-developed personality.'" He continued, "It means that they are well-suited to being social and able to get along well with others. The fact that they do not get angry means that they are good at managing their anger. “I did it,” he said.

In response, Jung Hyung-don said that his personality has changed and said, "In the past, I had an incredibly extroverted personality. I was at the extreme E level, similar to Noh Hong-chul." Jeong Hyeong-don then explained, "When I was an extrovert, I always tried to meet a lot of people. I couldn't stand being alone. But when I started working in this field, my personality completely changed to an introvert (I)."

When Song Eun-i asked, “Can personality or MBTI change?” Professor Kim answered positively, “There are people who change well.” Professor Kim added, “MBTI shows what kind of social face you have lived for the past 3 to 4 years.”

Jung Hyung-don revealed that he had suffered from panic disorder since 2005. As his anxiety disorder symptoms worsened, he withdrew from all the programs he was appearing in and took a break.
