On the 18th, the Criminal Division 3 of the Seoul High Court (Chief Judge Lee Chang-hyung) will hold the second appellate trial of Don Spike, who was indicted on charges of violation of the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes, etc.
Don Spike was arrested on this charge in September of last year. He is accused of purchasing 45 million won worth of Philopon on 9 occasions and administering Philopon 14 times in total, including 5 joint doses. He was also accused of passing methamphetamine and ecstasy to others seven times and possessing approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine.
