'Hwaran' tells the story of Yeon-gyu (played by Hong Sa-bin), a boy who wants to escape from the hellish reality, meets Chi-geon (played by Song Joong-ki), the boss of the organization, and ends up in a dangerous world.
'Hwaran' will be unveiled for the first time worldwide at the Cannes International Film Festival on this day. It will be screened for the first time through an official screening at the Salle Debussy at 11:00 am (local time), and Director Kim Chang-hoon, Hong Sa-bin, Song Joong-ki, and Kim Hyung-seo will attend to heat up the scene.

Here, Hong Sa-bin's delicate expression deeply embedded in the character and Song Joong-ki's new appearance, which has never been seen before, make us look forward to a deeply emotional noir that only 'Hwaran' will show.
Officially invited to the Notable Gaze section of the Cannes International Film Festival, 'Hwaran' depicts the stories of people living in a hopeless world in different ways with solid drama and high-density directing. After debuting at the Cannes International Film Festival, it will be released in Korea this year.
