The 400-house 'villa king' mother and daughter of the charter fraud culprit

The whole story of the 'charter fraud' that threw Korea into chaos was revealed.

In the 30th episode of T-Cast E Channel's 'Brave Detectives 2', which aired on the 26th, Mapo Police Station's former violent team leader Seong-hyun Cho, Detective Team 5 leader Inspector Kim Yun-seok, Intellectual Crime Investigation Unit's Inspector Yoon Kwang-il, and Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Violent Crime Investigation Unit's Inspector Jeong Won-il appeared to solve the problem themselves. introduced about the incident.

The first case started early in the morning when a woman reported that her husband, who had gone to work the day before, sent a strange message saying that he was "being chased by the police" and lost contact.

As a result of the CCTV check, a man with a backpack with her husband entered the office, and the husband did not come out after that, but only a man with a backpack was caught dragging a carrier. In addition, both the husband's vehicle and the man's vehicle with a backpack were taken out, but it turned out that the husband's vehicle was driven by a surrogate driver.

The man wearing the backpack was Mr. Hong, who went to work with her husband Yu. The detectives asked the Gyeongsan Police Station, where Mr. Hong's factory is located, to cooperate in the investigation. Mr. Hong, who was arrested after fleeing, said he had abandoned Mr. Yoo's body in a septic tank, and insisted that he had committed an accidental crime because of Mr. Yoo's fault, saying that he had no intention to kill. However, he was sentenced to 40 years in prison as he had already prepared tools for the crime, such as a stun gun, and later tried to collect money by selling Mr. Yoo's stock.

The next case introduced was the first case of 'Cheonse Fraud' that is shaking the Republic of Korea. Detective Jung Won-il received a report from an acquaintance who worked in the real estate industry that an unknown person was buying several houses a day, and there were victims who did not receive the deposit from him.

As a result of the investigation, the names of the houses were in the names of the sisters, and the actual landlord was her mother, Han. Mr. Han did not respond well to the messages from the tenants at the time of contract expiration, and when asked to return the deposit, he suggested to the Doria tenant to sell at an amount higher than the market price. In particular, more than 400 houses in the name of the two daughters were known, adding to the shock. They showed a shameless attitude, saying that they could not return the deposit money to the tenants, and asking them to receive it through the deposit guarantee insurance.

A total of 51 victims were highly likely to prove the crime of fraud, and it was revealed that not only Mr. Han and her daughter, but also real estate consulting companies, organized fraud. A thorough conspiracy situation was revealed, such as a real estate consulting company approaching that it would give special benefits to tenants looking for a house and receiving illegal fees, and Mr. Han and his three daughters receiving a fee per case. Han, who received a fee of about 1 billion won, denied the crime until the end and even appealed for damage.

As such, it is known that the application of criminal group organization crimes beyond simple fraud is being reviewed for charter scammers, and a strong investigation is scheduled.

Subsequently, a case in which charter scammers such as three mothers and daughters plot another scam was also revealed. It started with a rather incomprehensible report from a man saying, "I took out a loan, but I didn't get the loan." As it turned out, the man had no choice but to report it as an accomplice in the 'work loan' fraud, in which he falsely filled out the necessary documents for a loan and received a fraudulent loan from the bank. Although there are some people who are aware that it is illegal, there are cases where people are unknowingly involved in crime through social media, etc., which made everyone feel bad.

Detectives arrested the brokers at the end of the chase, and it was confirmed that they also cheated on the intellectually disabled, which was even more shocking. As various crimes such as the 1st charter fraud and the 2nd double contract fraud are increasing, more realistic countermeasures are needed.

'Brave Detectives 2' airs every Friday at 8:40 PM.
