However, now in the third week of broadcasting, 'Brother Ramen' and 'Strong Heart League' are experiencing humiliation due to a series of falling ratings. 'Brother Ramen', which started with 2.1% in the first episode, fell to 1.9% in the second episode, and recorded a lower 1.6% in the third episode. The same goes for 'Strong Heart League'. It started off well with 2.9%, but fell to 2.2% in the third episode.
The decline of the two programs cannot be seen as a problem with Kang Ho-dong and Lee Seung-gi. In the case of 'League of Strong Heart', excessively loud and crazy panels, thumbnails aiming only for provocative titles, and old-fashioned progress are increasing fatigue. Entertainment trends are changing rapidly, and it is a natural result that the public's interest in 'Strong Heart League', which was still stuck in the way it was conducted 10 years ago, is declining.
'Brother Ramen' shows no freshness or differentiation at all even though it is a latecomer in the midst of overseas cookbang entertainment. It was intended to publicize Korean-style ramen by opening a ramen shop in a famous tourist destination in Japan, but the result was a failure. In particular, the fact that even basic communication did not work properly caused viewers to feel frustrated.
Not all performers can speak the language of the country, but it is common for the person in charge of the hall to be fluent in a foreign language. However, Bae In-hyeok, who was in charge of the hall, showed body language because he couldn't even communicate easily. The fun was also halved in a trouble-filled business that had neither professionalism like 'Business Genius Baeksajang' nor a purpose of healing like 'Seojin's'.
Kang Ho-dong and Lee Seung-gi's chemistry was also not as good as before. In the past, Lee Seung-gi, who captivated viewers with his mother-child image and flimsy youngest charm, has a negative image due to conflicts with his former agency and marriage issues with his wife, Lee Da-in. Kang Ho-dong, unlike 10 years ago, is also facing a crisis as he is unable to use his strength in programs and achieves sluggish results. They are two people who have been together in their prime, but now they are in a situation where they cannot help each other.
Kang Ho-dong and Lee Seung-gi can no longer rely on the glory of the past. In order for the two people who are driven to the edge of the cliff to overcome this crisis, the production team's concerns also seem necessary.
