'Spider-Man' actor Tom Holland on hiatus... Multiple personality smoke sequelae

Tom Holland, famous for his 'Spider-Man' series, has announced a break.

According to Variety, an American entertainment media, Tom Holland announced in a recent video interview with Extra that he would take a break from acting next year due to the arduous production environment of his new Apple TV+ crime thriller 'The Crowded Room'. The series tells the story of Danny Sullivan, who is arrested for involvement in the Rockefeller Center shooting in the summer of 1979, played by Tom Holland. This work is based on the real-life crime drama committed by Billy Milligan, who suffers from dissociative identity disorder (a mental disorder in which a person has more than one personality).

"It's been a tough time," Holland said. "We're exploring a feeling we've never experienced before. Plus, as producers, there's added pressure to deal with the everyday issues that arise on set." Tom Holland not only stars in the series, but also serves as an executive producer.

Tom Holland is known to have gone beyond his limits in that he has to play a role as a producer in this work while playing a character with a mental illness.

"I'm not new to hard work," said Tom Holland. "I need a break, so the time has come for me to go to Mexico for a week and spend time on the beach and lie down. I'm taking a year off now, and that's because this work was so hard."

Previously, in an interview with another media outlet, Tom Holland revealed that he suffered a "slight breakdown" in his personal life due to his work on "The Crowded Room."
