The seventh work of the tvN X TVING project 'O'PENing (Opening) 2023' (planned by CJ ENM/produced by Studio Dragon), 'Shoot Me' is a high school prodigy shooter who put his dreams on hold due to match fixing in the past, and returns after 7 years. A sports youth story that tells the story of dreaming of winning.
Lee Ki-taek plays Seok Si-yoon, a high school shooting team coach with dreams and regrets about his idol during his school days.
Si-yoon is a person who continues to pursue her dream following in the footsteps of her father, who was the shooting team coach for Kyu-gyu (played by Bae Kang-hee) and Down (played by Han Su-ah). The cute Heo Dang Si-yoon, who likes to be stylish and has a lot of affection, spares no help in both mind and heart for an old idol who has been broken somewhere.
Lee Ki-taek plans to bring tension and liveliness to the play with visuals that stand out with purity and warmth. He realistically depicts Siyoon struggling to help the dream of an idol trapped in the past, and is expected to add sympathy to viewers for the fierce growth of youth.
Lee Ki-taek is building up his filmography step by step, starring in the web dramas 'In Seoul Season 2', '7 Day Romance 2', 'The Devil's Judge', 'Think of the Moon When Flowers Bloom' and 'Three Siblings Be Brave'.
'Shoot Me' will be aired on tvN on August 27th and September 3rd at 10:40 p.m. It will be pre-released on TVING on the 13th.
