Rushing to her side after hearing a sudden noise during a call, Matthew Lee found Dam Ye-jin in a dangerous state due to her sleepwalking. He stayed by her side, feeling a mix of confusion and concern. Even after returning home, he couldn't stop worrying about her, amplifying his growing affection.

Upon learning that Dam Ye-jin's condition was a side effect of overusing sleeping pills, Matthew Lee offered to give her one packet of medicine a day, saying, "Let's meet every day," a statement that hinted at a confession and heightened the romantic tension.
