Kim Ji-min Reflects on Last Trip with Late Father on 'Lee Ho-sun's Cider'
On the upcoming episode of SBS Plus's 'Lee Ho-sun's Cider,' airing on the 2nd at 10 AM, the theme 'Blood Ties, Family Chains' will explore stories that unfold under the name of family.
During the broadcast, Kim Ji-min recalls the first and last overnight family trip with her late father. She shares, "I had never done anything like that with my dad, so it was awkward for both of us," adding, "His discomfort made us uncomfortable too." Eventually, her father returned home alone to Donghae by bus that evening. Kim Ji-min reflects, "After he passed away, I regretted not being able to have a drink with him when I was old enough. I cried a lot because of that," she says, tearing up.
Lee Ho-sun adds humor by saying, "I've never imitated my mom's walk, but I walk just like her, with a wiggle," and continues, "Even our backside looks similar when we turn around. When you see me, you'll see my mom," eliciting laughter.
Kim Ji-min further responds to Lee Ho-sun's question, "Which is more important, the bond of birth or the bond of nurture?" with a firm "Definitely the bond of nurture." Her statement prompts viewers to reconsider the meaning of family beyond blood ties.
The production team states, "This episode delves deeply into the hidden wounds, responsibilities, and regrets under the name of family," adding, "Kim Ji-min's hidden guilt and Lee Ho-sun's profound solutions will resonate deeply with viewers."
SBS Plus's 'Lee Ho-sun's Cider' airs every Saturday at 10 AM.
