Running Man's Ji Ye-eun Confirms Romance with Dancer Bata Amidst On-Air Revelations

On the October 26th episode of SBS's variety show 'Running Man', the 800th episode special race unfolded, and Ji Ye-eun's dating rumors became a hot topic.

Yoo Jae-suk teased, "Ye-eun, it's a big deal," hinting at an impending dating rumor involving Ji Ye-eun. A flustered Yang Se-chan asked, "What are you talking about? Who is it?" to which Ji Ye-eun replied, "I'm sorry, oppa. I never gave you any hope," drawing a clear line.

With the end of the on-screen love line between Ji Ye-eun and Yang Se-chan, the members speculated about Ji Ye-eun's real-life partner, asking, "Is he an idol? Is it Yoo Hee-kwan? Or Yoon Nam-no?" causing laughter.

As no news articles emerged, Ji Ye-eun expressed her anxiety, saying, "Why isn't the reporter releasing the article? I can't sleep because I'm so anxious." Yoo Jae-suk then revealed, "If no article comes out, you'll look strange. Ji Ye-eun's partner is 'Milkshake' choreographer Bata."

Ji Seok-jin, who had filmed a challenge with them during the 'Milkshake' promotions, was shocked, saying, "I didn't know." Ji Ye-eun shared, "After practicing choreography until evening, I sent Ji Seok-jin off in a taxi, then circled back to meet Bata at the practice room," eliciting laughter.

Amidst the cheerful atmosphere due to Ji Ye-eun's dating news, Yang Se-chan appeared dazed. Ji Ye-eun commented, "Oppa must be upset," but added, "Fortune favors the brave. Oppa, you lacked courage."

When asked about the community's reaction to her dating rumor during filming, Ji Ye-eun smiled but worried, "Am I getting criticized?" Yang Se-chan reassured her, "Why would anyone criticize you two for dating?"

On the bus ride, Yang Se-chan refused to sit next to Ji Ye-eun, saying, "I don't want to lose to Ji Ye-eun today." Ji Ye-eun jokingly requested, "Please CGI Bata next to me," showing her affection.

Ji Ye-eun also shared her love story with Bata, confessing, "We had a long flirtation for about two and a half months," and added, "Even after we started dating, it took three weeks to hold hands. Bata asked if he could hold my hand first."

When left alone with Yang Se-chan, Ji Ye-eun said, "This is the first time a dancer and a comedian have dated. We're the first couple." Yang Se-chan replied, "I'm an actress," and humorously advised, "Just move on, oppa. You'll find someone good. You've even dated girl group members." Yang Se-chan declared, "I'll forget you," causing laughter.
