Musical Actress Hong Ji-min Reveals Real Height and Weight Amid Health Check-up

Musical actress Hong Ji-min has disclosed her actual height and weight.

On the 21st, a video titled 'Hong Ji-min's Shocking Health Check-up Results... I Didn't Expect This' was uploaded on her YouTube channel 'Right Now Hong Ji-min'.

In the video, Hong Ji-min stated, "I came for a couple's health check-up with my husband," as they arrived at the hospital in matching outfits. She revealed, "Despite dieting, I was on the borderline for the three highs (high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol). I was advised to take medication for high cholesterol, so I'm curious to see how those levels have changed."

Hong Ji-min also mentioned, "My eldest sister was diagnosed with breast cancer. Although she has been declared cancer-free now, due to family history, I need to check for breast cancer as well." Her husband added that his voice has been hoarse and said, "I think I need to have my thyroid checked."

The couple then changed into hospital gowns, and Hong Ji-min first measured her height and weight. When the results showed 164cm and 58.9kg, she exclaimed, "I'm not 164cm. I'm 166.4cm. I've never seen 164 before," and measured again, but the result remained 164cm. Hong Ji-min had previously shared that her weight increased to 92kg during her second pregnancy but she lost 32kg within 100 days after giving birth.

During a breast ultrasound, Hong Ji-min explained, "I felt something hard that wasn't there last year, and I was very nervous for a moment. Fortunately, it turned out to be nothing. They said it was my bones becoming palpable as I lost weight."

After an endoscopy, Hong Ji-min met with the doctor to hear the results. The doctor said, "There is a cyst-like thing less than 5mm right under the breast skin, but you can leave it as it is," and advised, "Even if there are no particular issues, women should get checked once a year."

After completing the check-up, Hong Ji-min commented, "There were a few concerns, but it seems I don't need to worry too much. Things tend to get worse, but considering the vitamin D and other factors, I'm maintaining well, so I thought I should exercise more."

Hong Ji-min married a businessman one year her senior in 2006 and they have two daughters.
