Korean singer Yuk Joong-wan, known for his appearance on MBC's variety show 'I Live Alone,' is set to unveil his life as a married man of 11 years.

On the upcoming episode of SBS's variety show 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 – You Are My Destiny' (hereafter 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2'), airing on the 21st, Yuk Joong-wan's married life will be revealed for the first time.

During a recent studio recording of 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2,' Yuk Joong-wan, once dubbed a 'new species in the entertainment world' and a trending topic on search engines, joined the cast. Known for his free-spirited lifestyle before marriage, Yuk Joong-wan was considered an 'icon of single men,' leading many to believe he would remain single forever. However, he surprised everyone by revealing that he has been married for a decade, celebrating his 10th anniversary with his same-age wife and their 9-year-old daughter. The studio expressed great interest, exclaiming, “Has he been hiding this for 10 years?” and “We are so curious about Yuk Joong-wan's married life.”

In the revealed footage, Yuk Joong-wan captivated the studio with his striking appearance from the start. Known for his extreme freedom, including 'releasing gas from both ends,' during his 'I Live Alone' days, he shocked everyone by appearing in hole-ridden thermal underwear. The studio reacted with comments like “It's a cultural shock,” and “He looks like a pre-evolution human.” Yuk Joong-wan even took a morning shot of soju, showcasing his 'natural husband' persona. MC Kim Gura commented, “Today's Kian84 exists because of Yuk Joong-wan,” expressing deep 'shout-out' to Yuk Joong-wan's free spirit. The 'original Kian84' Yuk Joong-wan's unimaginable 'natural husband' lifestyle can be seen on the broadcast.

The episode also highlights the 'polar opposite' married life of Yuk Joong-wan and his wife, drawing everyone's attention. Unlike the free-spirited Yuk Joong-wan, his wife is a realist, leading to conflicts between the two. Yuk Joong-wan eventually expressed his frustration, saying, “I feel suffocated,” and “She has cut off my hands and feet.” What challenges the couple faces in their 10th year of marriage remains to be seen.

'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2' airs at 10:30 PM.
