Yang Chi-seung, a trainer and broadcaster, revealed his new career path on the latest episode of SBS's 'My Little Old Boy' aired on the 19th.

The episode showcased Yang's new daily routine, where he shared that he has transitioned from running a gym to managing community facilities in a high-end apartment complex, including a gym, golf course, and swimming pool.

Yang met with comedian Heo Kyung-hwan and singer Kim Jong-min from Koyote during the episode. He explained the circumstances that led him to close his gym. "It was a building donated to the public, but no one informed the tenants. As a result, all tenants were evicted. The funny thing is, they claimed they had no money and didn't return the deposit," he said.

Yang also discussed the extent of the financial damage. "The show reported the total damage as 1.5 billion won, but in reality, it was more," he stated.

He continued, "I even took out a mortgage on my apartment, which I'm still paying off. I sold my car to refund gym members. We had to cut back on tutoring for the kids, and they couldn't even use the air conditioner," revealing the financial hardships he faced.

Amidst these challenges, Yang received unexpected help. "Actress Park Ha-na called on the day I was closing down to help sort things out. She insisted on sending money, which was a huge help when I was short on funds to refund members," he recalled, expressing his gratitude.
