Running Man's Ji Ye-eun Confirms Relationship Amidst Spy Race Drama

Ji Ye-eun from 'Running Man' has confirmed her relationship, spreading a wave of excitement among fans.

On the October 19th episode of SBS's variety show 'Running Man', the cast engaged in a spy race titled 'Running Days: Codename R', set against the backdrop of 1940s Gyeongseong. The episode featured musical actors Yoon Joon-sang, Shin Sung-rok, and Park Eun-tae from 'Swing Days: Codename A'.

During the episode, Haha proposed an alliance to Ji Ye-eun, offering a bold condition: "If this is a lie, I'll hand over my YouTube channel with 1.05 million followers and send you on a honeymoon if you get married."

Haha, in a video call with Yang Se-chan and Ji Ye-eun, plotted mischievously. Ji Ye-eun humorously expressed her frustration, saying, "Please stop calling me."

In the mission, the spy had to come last to increase the prize money. Haha suspected Yoo Jae-suk and Ji Suk-jin, declaring, "I'll blow up this team. I'll make us lose. I'll act as a spy."

He then insisted to Yang Se-chan and Ji Ye-eun, "You two are on different teams. One of you needs to take me along." When Haha asked what would happen if they broke their promise, they assured him, "We'll do whatever you want."

Haha jokingly suggested, "Ye-eun, come to my house and babysit for a week. Se-chan will be there too." Yang Se-chan retorted, "If you betray us or are the spy, I'll spit on your face after the recording."

Just before the final spy vote, Yoon Joon-sang, under suspicion, used a bold tactic, saying, "I swear on my wife that I'm not the spy." His claim of innocence, backed by his wife Hong Eun-hee, helped him avoid suspicion. Ultimately, the spies were revealed to be Yoo Jae-suk and Yoon Joon-sang, shocking everyone.

Yoon Joon-sang, who risked everything, shared, "My wife told me, 'Honey, this is really tough, so bet on me.' Thank you, my dear."

Meanwhile, the preview hinted at Ji Ye-eun's dating rumors. On October 13th, Ji Ye-eun confirmed her relationship with dancer Bata, stating they are "seeing each other with good feelings."

After revealing her relationship, Ji Ye-eun, the youngest member, apologized to her 'Running Man' on-screen partner Yang Se-chan, saying, "Sorry, oppa." Ji Suk-jin commented, "Anyone can see Ye-eun is in love, and Yang Se-chan is sulking." Ji Ye-eun playfully added, "Fortune favors the bold," raising anticipation.
