Broadcaster and CEO Kim So-young has given birth to her second son.

On the 18th, a video titled 'Finally Meeting the Second Child, Kim So-young and Oh Sang-jin's Real Birth Vlog' was uploaded on the 'Kim So-young's Thingree TV' channel.

In the video, Kim So-young shared her thoughts during labor preparation, saying, "The pregnancy period was more painful. The morning sickness felt like 'I might die from this pain.'" She added that she bravely received the epidural.

Even amidst labor pains, Kim So-young was in contact with her staff for work matters. She mentioned, "I'm notifying them about payment requests and meetings," and added, "I told them to reach out to me anytime."

Oh Sang-jin expressed concern, saying, "Stop it, you need to rest." Kim So-young jokingly replied, "You haven't done anything for ten months," but acknowledged, "You took good care of our first child."

Kim So-young delivered her son naturally without a single scream. When asked about her feelings, she said, "I'm happy because I only wished for one thing: for him to be born healthy." Oh Sang-jin expressed his affection, saying, "I was worried about a difficult labor, but it went relatively well. He's the most beautiful in the world."

Netizens who watched the video commented, "It's amazing how quiet the delivery was," and "Natural birth is usually screams, pain, and chaos, but she did great."

Previously, Kim So-young shared her experience of giving birth to her first daughter on her YouTube channel, stating, "I prefer natural birth, I'm a strong advocate for it," and candidly added, "It's not because of any special philosophy, but honestly, I'm too scared of a C-section."

Kim So-young also recalled that her first delivery was relatively easy. She said, "For the first child, I had an induced labor, but there was almost no pain," reminiscing about the time. She continued, "The hospital said the baby would likely come out the next day, so my husband adjusted all his schedules and stayed with me at the hospital."

The actual delivery process was also relatively quick. Kim So-young revealed, "After receiving the epidural, the doctor told me to push, and after about four pushes, the baby came out," surprising many.

Meanwhile, Oh Sang-jin, who was a junior announcer at MBC, married Kim So-young after two years of dating in 2017. Kim So-young is currently a busy entrepreneur running various brands, and recently made headlines for receiving a 7 billion won investment from a renowned investment firm.
