Korean Star Ko Woo-rim Shares Heartwarming Newlywed Life with Wife Kim Yuna

Ko Woo-rim, a member of the vocal group Forestella, proudly shared details of his newlywed life with his wife, Kim Yuna, on the latest episode of MBN's reality show 'Jeon Hyun-moo Plan 3'.

The episode, which aired on the 17th, featured a 'Seoul Back Alley Tour' special with Forestella members Ko Woo-rim, Cho Min-kyu, Kang Hyung-ho, and Bae Doo-hoon.

Cho Min-kyu, who has a background with the Seoul Opera Company, led the group to a long-standing spaghetti restaurant run by a former five-star hotel head chef, located in the back alleys of Gwanghwamun.

While waiting, Cho Min-kyu remarked on the restaurant owner's past charisma, to which Jeon Hyun-moo humorously responded, "He's probably more relaxed now because he's made a lot of money. Look at Woo-rim," drawing laughter from the group.

Cho Min-kyu, ordering a bottle of wine, expressed his emotions, saying, "I've never ordered a bottle of wine before. It makes me wonder if I've made it."

The conversation naturally shifted to marriage. Jeon Hyun-moo asked Kang Hyung-ho, who married two years ago, if he met his wife on a blind date. Kang replied, "We met at a local bar and got married two years ago."

Kang Hyung-ho noted that Ko Woo-rim was the first in their group to get married. Ko Woo-rim shared, "I've been married for four years, Bae Doo-hoon for three, and Kang Hyung-ho for two," highlighting his status as the first to wed.

Recalling his first meeting with Kim Yuna, Ko Woo-rim said, "I was invited to perform at Yuna's 'Ice Show' as a congratulatory stage. Her mother liked our music, so Yuna came to get a signed CD."

The members teased Ko Woo-rim, saying, "What you just said is only 10% of the story. She was thrilled to get the CD. It felt like destiny."

Jeon Hyun-moo persistently asked about what happened after their first meeting. Ko Woo-rim revealed, "Yuna arranged a dinner with us, and it happened to be my birthday. She sent me a DM first, and we gradually got closer."

Ko Woo-rim and Kim Yuna became a couple after four years of dating. Kang Hyung-ho jokingly recalled, "He suddenly showed us a photo of their hands together on his smartphone. Looking back, it was quite bold."

Ko Woo-rim also showcased his impressive impersonation skills. Jeon Hyun-moo asked if Kim Yuna enjoys his impersonations at home, to which Ko Woo-rim candidly replied, "I sometimes practice in front of her, and she's a good listener."

When asked by Jeon Hyun-moo where he would take Kim Yuna between the spaghetti and the gwamegi (dried fish) restaurant, Ko Woo-rim chose the latter, saying, "I think she might not eat this menu, but she would here."

Meanwhile, Ko Woo-rim and Kim Yuna, who married in 2022, currently reside in a luxurious villa in Heukseok-dong, Seoul. The property, purchased and remodeled by Kim Yuna, is reportedly valued at approximately 8.5 billion won.
