Park Ji-hoon Transforms into a Legendary Cook in Upcoming Military Drama

Actor Park Ji-hoon, known for his role in the film 'The King and the Clown', is set to transform into a military cook in the upcoming TVING original series 'Becoming a Legend as a Cook'.

The series, which premieres on May 11, has released its first stills featuring Park Ji-hoon (as Kang Sung-jae), Yoon Kyung-ho (as Park Jae-young), Han Dong-hee (as Jo Ye-rin), and Lee Hong-nae (as Yoon Dong-hyun). The images showcase the unique personalities of the military unit members, heightening anticipation for the show.

Park Ji-hoon's character, Private Kang Sung-jae, is a dedicated soldier who encounters a revolutionary experience in the military kitchen after being assigned to the Kangrim Outpost. The released photos capture the disciplined life of Private Kang, who appears both bewildered and tense in his new environment. Viewers are eager to see how he will become a legendary cook that wins over everyone's taste buds.

Yoon Kyung-ho portrays Sergeant Park Jae-young, an administrative officer who values experience over rules and intuition over procedures. Known for his straightforwardness and fiery temper, Park Jae-young's character is marked by a stubborn determination, as seen in his furrowed brow and intense gaze. The dynamic between the veteran officer and the newly arrived Private Kang is sure to draw attention.

Han Dong-hee takes on the role of Lieutenant Jo Ye-rin, a resolute leader from a university ROTC program.
