Ha Ji-won is facing a potential career crisis following the leak of a controversial same-sex bed scene from the drama 'Climax'.

The ninth episode of ENA's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Climax', aired on the 13th, began with a video of Cha Sang-ah (played by Ha Ji-won) and Hwang Jung-won (played by Nana) together, which quickly went viral online, shaking up the news and public opinion. This incident caused the election strategy prepared by Bang Tae-seop (played by Joo Ji-hoon) to collapse instantly.

As the media and political circles focused on the issue, Bang Tae-seop requested election support from the Creation Party. However, after the video scandal, the party's official support was withdrawn, effectively excluding him from the election. It was revealed that Hwang Jung-won approached Cha Sang-ah, used drugs to cloud her consciousness, and filmed and distributed the scene, indicating that the video was a premeditated act designed to influence the election.

Upon learning the truth, Cha Sang-ah realized she was used for political purposes and engaged in a heated argument with Bang Tae-seop, blaming each other. After the election defeat was confirmed, Bang Tae-seop lost everything politically and personally. Investors who had supported his campaign withdrew, pressuring him to repay funds, leaving him on the brink. He confronted Lee Yang-mi (played by Cha Joo-young), foreshadowing a direct confrontation over responsibility and future actions.

Episode 9 heightened the tension leading to the finale, with Bang Tae-seop losing his political base and severing ties with Cha Sang-ah.
