Inside the New Home of 'I Am SOLO' Stars Jeong-sook and Sang-cheol: A Peek into Their Life Before Baby

Jeong-sook and Sang-cheol, a couple from the 28th season of the ENA and SBS Plus dating show 'I Am SOLO,' have unveiled their new home. The couple shared insights into their life post-marriage and their preparations for the upcoming birth of their child.

In a video released on their YouTube channel 'JeongSangPpyu' on the 12th, the couple introduced their newlywed home and shared their daily life. They explained, "After many ups and downs, we finally have our newlywed home. Although it's a temporary home for a year and a half, it's special to us as our baby will spend their first days here."

The home is a temporary residence. Jeong-sook stated, "This is not our house; it's a rental, so we didn't do any interior design. Sang-cheol has a house in Cheongju, but the contract timing didn't align, so we'll be here for about a year and a half. Our motto is to keep it clean and simple."

They moved their large TV and appliances from their previous home, while adding new furniture like an electric sofa, dining table, and bed.

Jeong-sook shared their organizing process, saying, "We hired a professional organizer to tidy up. It's clean now, so we're inviting you to our virtual housewarming." She added humorously, "We got rid of 40kg of clothes and shoes, but we still have so much stuff. I'm a heavy hoarder and not good at throwing things away."

The house includes a dedicated workspace for Jeong-sook's remote work. Their desks are side by side in a study designed for balancing work and life. Jeong-sook mentioned, "My belly is getting heavy, so I'm carrying it around," naturally sharing her pregnancy update.

The couple also revealed their preparations for their baby. Jeong-sook said, "They say parenting is all about the tools. We're older, so we plan to use them well." She added, "Our baby's due date is set for April 28."

The final space shown was the baby's room, which was still empty. Jeong-sook noted, "We haven't prepared anything for the baby's room yet," drawing attention to the bare space.

Previously, Sang-cheol appeared on a YouTube channel discussing Jeong-sook's pregnancy, garnering much interest. He shared, "We're living in Cheongju, and Jeong-sook commutes to Seoul for remote work." When asked about their dual-income situation, Sang-cheol laughed, "I keep working because I'm not capable enough," sharing his realistic concerns.

Sang-cheol and Jeong-sook met on the 28th season of 'I Am SOLO,' a special edition for divorced singles, and made headlines by revealing their premarital pregnancy. The couple married in December last year and are now expecting their child. Jeong-sook has recently taken a leave of absence after completing her accounting season, with the baby due on April 28.
