Actor Lee Si-eon Joins 'Bloodhounds' Season 2 Amid Mixed Reviews on Performance
In the series, which premiered on November 3rd, Lee Si-eon plays the role of 'Man-bae,' a former National Intelligence Service agent turned broker. His character is a mastermind behind a global boxing league that endangers protagonists Geon-woo (played by Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (played by Lee Sang-yi). Known for his extensive connections, quick wit, and professional demeanor, Man-bae is a character who excels in both strategic thinking and action. To portray this sharp character, Lee Si-eon underwent a significant weight loss and adopted a dry voice and tone to emphasize the character's rational and calculating nature.
Meanwhile, 'Bloodhounds' Season 2 follows Geon-woo and Woo-jin as they take on a global illegal boxing league, delivering another satisfying knockout punch against the forces of money and violence. The series also stars Woo Do-hwan, Lee Sang-yi, and Jung Ji-hoon (Rain).
