Esom Cast in New Crime Film 'Pahmoon': A Tale of Family Intrigue

Actress Esom has been cast in the upcoming film 'Pahmoon'.

On the 2nd, Management mmm announced, "Esom has confirmed her casting in the new crime drama film 'Pahmoon' (working title), which revolves around a dangerous family business."

'Pahmoon' tells the story of the Ye-dong Kwon family, who have been involved in illegal activities for generations. After the death of the family's eldest son, an uncontrollable upheaval occurs over the succession of the family business. In the film, Esom will play the role of Kwon So-hyun, the eldest daughter of this prestigious family.

Kwon So-hyun, who initially left her dangerous family business to live independently in Seoul, returns to her hometown after several years. She finds herself at the center of an unpredictable succession battle within the Kwon family. Esom is set to bring tension and immersion to the film through her portrayal of Kwon So-hyun.

Esom has captivated audiences with her diverse roles in various projects, showcasing her limitless range from lovely to girl-crush characters. Recently, she received praise for her nuanced portrayal of elite lawyer Han Na-hyun in the drama 'Shin & Legal Office'.
