Dramatic Love Triangle Unfolds in 'My Child's Romance 2': Choi Yubin Rejects Yoon Hoo

Choi Yubin, daughter of Choi Jae-won, has expressed her disinterest in Yoon Hoo, son of Yoon Min-soo, who is currently studying at a prestigious university in the United States.

In the 5th episode of tvN STORY & E Channel's 'My Child's Romance 2', viewers saw Shin Jae-hyuk and Woo Seo-yoon growing closer through their date. However, the preview for the upcoming 6th episode, airing on the 1st, hints at a brewing love triangle. While Woo Seo-yoon shyly admits, "I think it's become clear. I was really nervous," about Shin Jae-hyuk, Jo Eun-byeol watches their cheerful interaction with a bitter expression. In the studio, Eun-byeol's mother, Lee Sung-mi, observes her daughter's expression and comments, "Eun-byeol looks down," sharing in the disappointment.

However, Jo Eun-byeol soon regains her composure. In the letter room, she boldly declares to Shin Jae-hyuk, "I want to spend the remaining time with one person," signaling her straightforward intentions. MC Kim Sung-joo and Lee Sung-mi cheer her on, exclaiming, "You can't just sit back. Yes, go straight ahead!" The outcome of the conflicting feelings between Jo Eun-byeol and Woo Seo-yoon for Shin Jae-hyuk remains to be seen.

The biggest twist in this episode is the change in the relationship between Yoon Hoo and Choi Yubin, who previously enjoyed a sweet date. In the preview, Choi Yubin confesses her wavering feelings towards Yoo Hee-dong, saying, "I think I was more excited," while showing a cold demeanor towards Yoon Hoo. When Yoon Hoo attempts to start a conversation with cream pasta, Choi Yubin abruptly cuts him off with a firm "Stop!", leaving the studio in shock.

As Choi Yubin storms out, MC Kim Sung-joo laments, "Something is seriously tangled right now." Yoon Min-soo, Yoon Hoo's father, is also taken aback by his son's bewildered expression, heightening the tension. Adding to the drama, Yoo Hee-dong's newfound interest in Yubin and Park Si-woo's unease, sensing a change, further complicate the tangled love triangle, leaving viewers eagerly anticipating the outcome.

The production team stated, "In the 6th episode, the cast will express their emotions more candidly, and as they make decisions with the limited time left, the web of relationships will become more entangled. This episode will be filled with twists and turns, with emotions ranging from excitement to jealousy, guilt, and confusion."
