The released footage shows a horrifying scene where an SUV suddenly crashes through the guardrail of an elevated road, plummeting onto a car below on Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and then rolling down to the banks of the Han River. The accident resulted in injuries to both the driver of the offending vehicle and the driver of the victim's vehicle, with four cars damaged. The discovery of a large quantity of drugs inside the offending vehicle adds to the shock.

The production team interviews a witness who was driving right behind the victim's car. The witness recalls the surreal moment, saying, "The car suddenly fell right in front of me," and describes being unable to move due to the shock. After moving to the front of the victim's car to assess the scene, the witness reports, "The driver's seat was so severely damaged it was unrecognizable." The panelists watching the footage express their horror, asking, "Is the driver of the victim's car okay?" and noting how chilling the scene is.
