K-Drama 'Efficient Meeting of Singles' Tops TVING Charts for 5 Consecutive Weeks

The drama 'Efficient Meeting of Singles,' starring actors Han Ji-min and Park Sung-hoon, has maintained its position at the top of TVING's OTT platform for five consecutive weeks. However, the show is struggling with TV ratings, currently holding steady at 3-4%.

On April 1st, TVING released its weekly content rankings for the period of March 23rd to 29th. The TVING Weekly Content TOP5 is a comprehensive ranking based on the weekly VOD viewership of dramas and variety shows available on TVING. This week, the JTBC weekend drama 'Efficient Meeting of Singles,' exclusively available on TVING, secured the top spot, marking its fifth consecutive week at number one. With only two episodes left out of a total of 12, it remains to be seen if the drama can maintain its top position throughout its airing period.

The rise of the tvN weekend drama 'How to Become a Building Owner in Korea' is also noteworthy. This drama, featuring the intense struggles of a building owner and a fake kidnapping plot, has held onto the second spot in both the drama and overall rankings for the second consecutive week.

The variety show segment also shows impressive strength. tvN's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator since 2014' has maintained its overall third place (first in variety shows) thanks to the return of Chef Choi Kang-rok after a year. Following closely are Mnet's 'Show Me The Money 12' and tvN's 'Bogum Magical,' which secured the fourth and fifth spots, respectively.

Meanwhile, TVING continues to offer a diverse range of popular content, including original productions and new TV channel releases, providing users with a unique entertainment experience.
