Park Min-young and Wi Ha-jun Unite for Family Revenge in 'Siren'

Park Min-young and Wi Ha-jun have joined forces once again to seek revenge for their families.

In the 10th episode of tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Siren', aired on October 31st, Han Seol-ah (played by Park Min-young) and Cha Woo-seok (played by Wi Ha-jun) began to uncover the truth behind their family's downfall, targeting their enemies Kim Sun-ae (played by Kim Geum-soon) and Joo Hyun-soo (played by Park Ji-an).

The episode achieved a nationwide household rating of 4.4%, peaking at 5.4%, and a metropolitan household rating of 4.5%, peaking at 5.3%, maintaining its position as the number one show in its time slot across cable and general programming channels for 10 consecutive episodes. It also ranked first in the 2049 male and female viewership ratings nationwide and in the metropolitan area, according to Nielsen Korea.

Han Seol-ah, while visiting locations listed under Kim Sun-ae's borrowed-name real estate, spotted Cha Woo-seok's car and Joo Hyun-soo, who had visited Royal Auction. Sensing danger, Han Seol-ah managed to hide Cha Woo-seok just before he encountered Joo Hyun-soo.

Meeting for the first time since their farewell, Han Seol-ah and Cha Woo-seok shared their reasons for being there and the findings of their investigations. Realizing that Joo Hyun-soo, who killed Cha Woo-seok's brother, was Kim Sun-ae's subordinate, they suspected that Kim Sun-ae and Joo Hyun-soo were colluding in an art insurance scam. They set out to find Kim Sun-ae's secret storage to gather evidence.

Cha Woo-seok obtained the Royal Auction's blueprint through his informant, Dr. Shin (played by Yoon Jae-chan), and Han Seol-ah discovered a suspicious space within it, believing it to be Kim Sun-ae's storage. They decided to secretly enter the storage to confirm the existence of the artworks while Kim Sun-ae was away.

With Cha Woo-seok's help, Han Seol-ah stealthily infiltrated the storage, where she found paintings thought to be lost in a fire and her father's last work depicting their family. Overwhelmed by emotions, Han Seol-ah was taken aback by the unexpected discovery of the precious painting that Kim Sun-ae had taken from her father long ago.

Meanwhile, Kim Sun-ae received a message that the storage lock had been deactivated and returned to Royal Auction. Despite Dr. Shin's warning of the emergency, Han Seol-ah, inside the storage with blocked signals, couldn't receive the message. Cha Woo-seok rushed to save her, but Kim Sun-ae arrived at the storage first, heightening the tension.

As the siren blared, Han Seol-ah, trapped inside the storage, grew anxious. The situation became dire as someone entered the storage by unlocking the door. If Han Seol-ah is discovered by Kim Sun-ae, their plan to expose the connection between Kim Sun-ae and Joo Hyun-soo could be thwarted, drawing attention to Han Seol-ah's precarious future.

Additionally, the emergence of a third party involved in the insurance scam with Kim Sun-ae and Joo Hyun-soo piques curiosity about their identity. As the scale of the crime grows, viewers are eager to see if Han Seol-ah and Cha Woo-seok can uncover the truth behind the art-related crimes of Kim Sun-ae and her associates.

The revelation that Baek Joon-beom (played by Kim Jung-hyun) had named Han Seol-ah as the beneficiary of his insurance before his death suggests that the tragedy is far from over. According to Baek Joon-beom's will, Han Seol-ah is set to inherit paintings worth millions. This has led the police to suspect Han Seol-ah of insurance murder, drawing attention to the tragic conclusion surrounding her.
