Actor Kwon Hwa-woon, who gained attention through his appearance on 'Life84' with Kian84's crew, has showcased the epitome of a 'dedicated actor' through rigorous self-management and relentless challenges. Despite starring in five leading roles, he left a strong impression by juggling a delivery job alongside his acting career.

Kwon Hwa-woon revealed his daily routine on MBC's 'The Manager,' demonstrating how he maintains his personal schedule amidst a busy acting career. His day starts with early morning runs, followed by YouTube editing, essay writing, and self-development activities, embodying a 'dedicated life' routine.

Achieving a 'sub-3' marathon time just six months after starting running and completing 13 full marathons in a year, he set one of the highest records in the entertainment industry. He shared, “Running changed my life,” spreading a message of healthy positivity.

Notably, he amazed many by taking on a delivery job in his spare time to take responsibility for his life. He revealed, “Even on the day of the acting awards, I delivered until the evening and attended the ceremony in a tuxedo at night,” earning admiration from the show's cast. During the broadcast, Kwon earned a total delivery fee of 20,695 won for three hours of work.

This attitude extends to extreme challenges as well. Through MBC's 'Extreme84,' Kwon tested his limits by participating in marathons across glaciers, deserts, and safaris. In the Arctic Marathon, he faced muscle cramps in harsh conditions of ice and rocky mountains but completed the race without giving up, leaving a profound impact.
