Comedian Kim Min-kyung Embraces Her Love for Food on 'Am I a Big Eater?'
On the October 22nd episode of Comedy TV's 'Am I a Big Eater?', Kim Min-kyung and Yoo Min-sang embarked on a culinary journey through Gwangju, Daejeon, and Naju, each filling their tables with dishes that met their personal standards.
Kim Min-kyung visited Gwangju after hearing about a delicious chicken gangjeong spot. The dish, featuring chicken tenderloins fried in clean oil and coated with traditional Korean confectionery batter and special sauce, was made entirely from scratch. After a taste, Kim remarked, 'I thought it would be hard, but it's soft,' and noted, 'It's sticky like traditional sweets but stays crispy for a long time.' Her pick of the day was the garlic soy sauce chicken gangjeong.
Kim Min-kyung then visited a cafe in Naju with panoramic views of the Yeongsan River. Upon entering the sunlit space, she snapped selfies, noting, 'Photos turn out well from any angle.' After tasting the homemade tiramisu, she chose it as her pick of the day. When asked by the production team if she agreed with the saying 'Kindness comes from carbohydrates and sugar,' Kim humorously responded, 'Is that a saying? Is that why I'm kind?' and added, 'I think my kindness comes from there,' eliciting laughter.
'Am I a Big Eater?' airs every Sunday at 10 AM.
