Actress Lee Sang-mi Goes on a Blind Date with Comedian Oh Ji-heon's Father
On the October 23rd episode of TV CHOSUN's 'Joseon's Matchmaker,' the descendants of the comedic dynasty 'Haeju Oh,' including Oh Ji-heon, Oh Jung-tae, and Oh Na-mi, gathered together. Oh Ji-heon, who was once a top instructor and is now a senior model and barista with various certifications, appeared on the show to find a match for his 72-year-old father, who has been single for 29 years. Oh Ji-heon expressed his desire for a stepmother, saying, "My father is like a bluebird that's hard to catch. I hope for a woman who can captivate him."
Oh Jung-tae revealed, "My father couldn't sleep when I told him about the blind date," and introduced the beautiful date with a stunning bikini photo. The woman who went on the blind date with Oh Ji-heon's father turned out to be actress Lee Sang-mi, beloved for her role as 'Gaettong's Mom' in the legendary drama 'Country Diary,' surprising everyone.
As the blind date began, Oh Ji-heon's father showed overwhelming interest in Lee Sang-mi. However, when his father dominated the conversation, Oh Ji-heon intervened. After being advised by his son, Oh Na-mi, and Oh Jung-tae, Oh Ji-heon's father returned to the table, charming Lee Sang-mi with his flirting, bringing back her smile. The warm atmosphere continued when it was revealed that he was Oh Ji-heon's father, and Oh Ji-heon also thanked Lee Sang-mi. Watching from the studio, Hwang Bo-ra marveled at 'Joseon's Matchmaker's' matchmaking skills, saying, "How do they set up such great blind dates?"
