Kim Sejeong Parts Ways with Jellyfish Entertainment After 10 Years, Signs with BH Entertainment
On the 23rd, Jellyfish Entertainment announced, "After careful consideration, we have mutually agreed to end our exclusive contract with Kim Sejeong, concluding our journey together over the past decade."
They continued, "The time we spent together, built on deep trust and affection, was invaluable. We will cherish the passion and effort Kim Sejeong has shown, as well as all the memories created with the fans."
They added, "We express our deep gratitude to Kim Sejeong for being with Jellyfish for such a long time, and we sincerely support her new journey ahead."
Born in 1996, Kim Sejeong debuted as a member of I.O.I through Mnet's 'Produce 101' in 2016 and later became a member of Gugudan. She has since gained immense popularity through her solo and acting careers. According to Ten Asia, Kim Sejeong has signed an exclusive contract with BH Entertainment, the agency of Lee Byung-hun, following her departure from Jellyfish Entertainment.
