After extensive inquiries, the team explores various properties, from a two-room in Sangsu-dong to a rooftop room near Hongdae, but none fully satisfy Ahn Hyun-woo's stringent conditions. Ultimately, the team decides to split into two groups for a last-ditch effort. Kim Dae-ho heads to Mangwon-dong, rapidly explaining the client's conditions to real estate agents. All eyes are on whether Kim Dae-ho can find a property that meets these challenging conditions.

Meanwhile, Lim Woo-il and Um Ji-yoon head to Seongsan-dong, where they stumble upon a real estate office that introduces them to a 'secret listing' hidden by the owner. This property meets all the conditions, including the budget, instantly heating up the atmosphere. However, an unexpected twist lies within this uniquely structured property, leaving viewers curious if it will be chosen by client Ahn Hyun-woo.
