Park Min-young Stands Firm Against Kim Jung-hyun's Proposal in 'Siren'
In the 5th episode of tvN's 'Siren' (directed by Kim Chul-kyu, written by Lee Young), which aired at 8:50 PM on the 16th, Han Seol-ah (played by Park Min-young) was depicted as being unaffected by Baek Joon-beom's (played by Kim Jung-hyun) proposal.
During the episode, Song Jae-wook (played by Heo Jae-ho) told Baek Joon-beom, "It's hard to get a better offer than this," adding, "This project is not open to just anyone, but we will ensure the winning bid by providing a running mate."
Baek Joon-beom then asked, "If I entrust this to you, what happens to Chief Han?" referring to Han Seol-ah. Song Jae-wook replied, "As you know, Chief Han has had quite a few issues recently," and added, "She's leaving anyway, so you should make deals with those you'll see for a long time."
At that moment, Han Seol-ah appeared, surprising Song Jae-wook. Baek Joon-beom then said, "Since it's come to this, let's sort things out," and revealed, "We're preparing a new business using fintech for joint art purchases." He continued, "We needed an expert to advise on the lineup, and Chief Han agreed to take on the role." Han Seol-ah added, "The chairman also encouraged me to do my best."
Enraged, Song Jae-wook stormed out, while Baek Joon-beom proposed to Han Seol-ah, "Honestly, I want more than just advice from you. How about leading the art business as its representative?" However, Han Seol-ah declined, saying, "Thank you, but I have something I must do at Royal."
Baek Joon-beom then offered, "I'll give you a 5% stock option and double your current salary." Yet, Han Seol-ah refused again, stating, "I won't move for money." Baek Joon-beom questioned, "It's neither for honor nor money, so what exactly is your goal, Han Seol-ah?" Han Seol-ah responded with a meaningful expression.
