Hwang Ha-jung portrayed a competent professional who quietly observed situations and efficiently handled tasks, resonating with viewers. Her role as the go-to person for explaining the 'It's You' program to outsiders showcased her capabilities as a career woman. Hwang added credibility to her character with her neat appearance, glasses styling, and calm demeanor.

Her portrayal of a 'Bi-ah enthusiast' added a delightful touch to the drama. Joo-yeon's meticulous notes on Bi-ah's first company dinner, including her favorite foods and drinks, and her stern reminder to colleagues that "habitual overtime is unproductive," mirrored Bi-ah's demeanor, naturally depicting Joo-yeon's admiration and adding a charming appeal.

However, a shocking twist revealed that Joo-yeon was the stalker following Bi-ah. It was later uncovered that Joo-yeon's actions were driven by fear of Seol Jae-hee (played by Jo Yoon-seo) harming Bi-ah, leading to a new turn of events. Despite this, Jae-hee further accused Joo-yeon of another incident, publicly ousting her from the company and pushing her to the brink. Hwang Ha-jung's tearful plea of innocence moved viewers and heightened the drama's tension.

Through her nuanced portrayal, Hwang Ha-jung seamlessly transitioned from a calm and capable professional to a character filled with admiration for Bi-ah, and finally to someone overwhelmed by unjust circumstances. Her ability to convey a wide range of emotions, particularly through her expressive eyes and emotional depth, enhanced the drama's engagement and demonstrated her stable acting skills.
