South Korean entertainer Song Eun-yi has revealed that she has sold her share of a house in Jeju Island, which she co-owned with her close friend Kim Sook.

Recently, a video titled "Why Are You Here Now! I've Been Waiting!!" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Im Ha-ryong Show'.

In the video, Song Eun-yi appeared as a guest and candidly shared her recent activities and the story behind the Jeju house.

Im Ha-ryong warmly welcomed Song Eun-yi, reminiscing about their long-standing friendship. Song Eun-yi also recalled, "Oppa has always been kind to me. We were lucky to work on a few projects together," reflecting on their past collaborations.

The conversation naturally shifted to the topic of the Jeju house. Song Eun-yi explained the reason behind purchasing the house with Kim Sook.

She said, "At that time, both Sook and I didn't have much work," adding, "Sook dreamed of living in the countryside and suggested we move to Jeju together."

A particular scene during their visit to Jeju became a decisive factor.

Song Eun-yi shared, "I saw a truly magnificent tree there. I was so captivated by it that we decided to buy the house," she laughed. However, as time passed, Kim Sook's broadcasting activities became busier, and the house was left unoccupied more frequently.

Song Eun-yi admitted, "Sook suddenly got busy. We considered renting it out, but I don't have a romantic notion about living in Jeju."

Ultimately, she decided to sell her share. Song Eun-yi revealed, "I told Sook that if I ever go down there, I'd prefer to stay in a hotel." She continued, "So I sold my share, and Sook is still managing the house."

The house, which had been vacant for some time, has recently undergone renovations. It is reported that Kim Sook is preparing a new project with the remodeled house.

Song Eun-yi added, "The house was neglected for a few years, so it was renovated," and mentioned that the remodeling process will be featured on tvN's 'Unpredictable'.

When Im Ha-ryong suggested that she might regret selling her share, Song Eun-yi emphasized that she has no regrets about her decision. She smiled and said, "I don't regret it at all."

Meanwhile, Song Eun-yi, who is the CEO of Media Lab Seesaw, a subsidiary of Content Lab Vivo, addressed the nickname '100 Billion CEO'. She clarified, "It's not exactly 100 billion, but it feels good, so I let it be." It is known that the building she owns has increased in value from approximately 7 billion won to 15.7 billion won, resulting in a profit of about 7 billion won.
