Korean Actress Han Go-eun Opens Up About Menopause and Shares Her Belly Fat Management Tips
On October 12, a video titled 'The One Crucial Standard Han Go-eun Used to Choose Her Spouse at 41 (Advice, Q&A)' was released on her YouTube channel 'Go-eun Unnie Han Go-eun.'
To celebrate reaching 100,000 subscribers, Han Go-eun held a Q&A session. One subscriber asked about managing belly fat. Han Go-eun revealed, "As we age, we all have concerns. I've started menopause. When we think of female hormones, we often only consider estrogen, but there's also progesterone. There are two hormones. One of the symptoms of decreasing hormones is gaining belly fat. Body fat doesn't distribute evenly and unnecessary fat accumulates. As we age, everyone worries about belly fat," she confessed about starting menopause.
Another subscriber asked for tips on maintaining a slim figure with simple exercises. Han Go-eun emphasized, "Many people worry about their waist and belly fat, especially as they age. But nothing beats sitting up straight as an exercise." She added, "Engaging your back muscles to straighten your spine makes you sweat. Sitting upright for just five minutes is challenging. It's the best for losing belly fat," recommending 'sitting up straight.'
