On this episode, Jin Seo-yeon will discuss her consistent self-care routine, which includes regular exercise and English studies. She will also talk about her recent venture into writing with the publication of her essay 'I Will Endure,' sharing behind-the-scenes stories of the book's journey to its fourth edition and her honest thoughts on new challenges.

Jin will also reveal her unique lifestyle in Jeju Island, where she participates in various activities such as book clubs, sauna gatherings, and marine litter collection groups, seamlessly integrating into the local life.
