Actress Nana Opens Up About Foiling a Robbery at 'Climax' Press Conference
Actress Nana recently shared her experience of thwarting a robbery during a public appearance.

On the 10th, a press conference for the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Climax' was held at The Saint in D-Cube City, Guro-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by actors Joo Ji-hoon, Ha Ji-won, Nana, Oh Jung-se, and director Lee Ji-won.

'Climax' is a drama that depicts the intense survival game of prosecutor Bang Tae-seop, who dives into a power cartel to reach the pinnacle of success in South Korea, and those surrounding him.

Nana takes on the role of Hwang Jung-won, a character who navigates between the political and entertainment worlds, handling information. She stated, "Hwang Jung-won is a secret informant for Bang Tae-seop (played by Joo Ji-hoon). I can't reveal too much as it would be a spoiler, but she's a mysterious character. You'll understand her role when you watch the drama," she began.

Regarding her choice to join the project, Nana said, "I felt the script was very honest and bold." She added, "The role of Hwang Jung-won is a character I haven't portrayed before, which made it more appealing. I also had a strong desire to work with the director."

Nana also addressed the robbery incident. Last November, she was involved in a physical altercation with a knife-wielding intruder in his 30s who broke into her home. Nana commented, "Many people expressed their concern and support, which gave me strength to return to my daily life happily. I'm excited and grateful to be acting in 'Climax,'" she said with a smile.

'Climax' is set to premiere on the 16th at 10 PM.
