The remaining story of the 'Tearful Couple' has been revealed.

On the October 5th episode of JTBC's 'Divorce Retreat Camp,' the final chapter of the 19th season's 'Tearful Couple' unfolded, showcasing their remaining household investigation and solution process.

During the episode, a past incident was revealed where the wife was hit on the head with a microphone for refusing a song request from her husband's aunt during a family trip. The husband failed to stand by his wife in front of his relatives, leaving her deeply hurt. Seo Jang-hoon criticized the husband's behavior, stating, “If it were me, I would have stopped the car.” It was also revealed that the husband had always prioritized his family over his wife. When Seo Jang-hoon asked the husband to choose between his wife and his sister, the husband was unable to answer, leaving a shocking impression.

The atmosphere shifted when a video from the husband's perspective was shown, highlighting issues with the wife's behavior. Seo Jang-hoon pointed out the wife's inappropriate parenting style, noting her irritability towards the children and her inconsistent attitude towards her in-laws and her own family. The wife openly expressed discomfort around her in-laws while accommodating her sister at home, displaying a double standard. The couple's emotional reactions to each other's family discussions raised concerns among the MCs, who warned that such minor grievances could lead to divorce. Seo Jang-hoon remarked, "Both of you act like middle schoolers. Maybe you should just live with your parents."

The couple then underwent counseling with Lee Ho-sun, who emphasized that the husband should prioritize his wife over his family of origin and highlighted the need for 'acting out of love.' Through counseling, the husband acknowledged his lack of consideration for his wife and committed to focusing on their current family.

As the couple approached their final mediation, they received the results of a 'psychophysiological test' that revealed their true feelings towards each other. The final mediation process, where the couples learn about each other's true intentions, will be aired on October 12th at 10:30 PM on 'Divorce Retreat Camp.'
