Coupang Play's 'Sister Chicken' Episode 3: A Hilarious Chaos with Top Stars

Coupang Play's variety show 'Sister Chicken' took over the weekend with its third episode released on the 28th of last month. The episode featured actors Ha Jung-woo, Kim Jun-han, Jung Soo-jung, and Shim Eun-kyung transforming into members of a 'Real Estate Club' dreaming of becoming landlords, unleashing uncontrollable comedic chaos.

'Sister Chicken' is a talk show where three sisters, Suzy, Lee Rang, and Min, who are passionate about their hobbies and love for chicken, host top star guests at their chicken restaurant, a haven for hobbyists, creating a unique chemistry.

During the club meeting, Lee Su-ji, meeting Ha Jung-woo after a long time, sparked the scene with a spicy confession, "Your mouth must be dry? I was secretly having feelings for you." Ha Jung-woo, who recently confirmed his nine-year relationship with Cha Jung-won, declared he could no longer pretend to be a newlywed while scouting properties, causing a stir among the club members. His ad-libs, teetering between PG-19 and PG-29, left Lee Su-ji and Jung Yi-rang genuinely flustered, turning the scene into a laughter riot.

Shim Eun-kyung, who recently won the Best Actress award at Japan's 'Kinema Junpo', started boldly by saying, "I'll pay! Give me everything you have," but eventually declared a 'temporary exit' due to the sisters' overwhelming energy, marking a first in the show's history. Despite narrowly overcoming several crises, Shim Eun-kyung transformed into a new variety character, becoming a 'monologue enthusiast' during the crew's skits. She also showcased her unexpected charm by revealing her shy fan side through a surprise video message, following her previous idol fan certification.

When asked about experiences that required her utmost effort, Kim Jun-han replied "acting," revealing he studied Ha Jung-woo's performances during his rookie days. In response to Lee Su-ji's unexpected question, "Are you nervous because of Ha Jung-woo or because I'm next to you?" he admitted, "Honestly... I think I'm a bit more nervous because of you," flipping the scene upside down. Jung Soo-jung, in a skit about being madly in love, was asked to choose between "Car poor vs. House poor?" and quickly immersed herself, eventually breaking her 'cold city girl' image as her pent-up energy burst forth.
