Single Moms Sayuri and Han Groo Share Inspiring Fitness Journeys
On Han Groo's YouTube channel, 'Groo's Talk', a video titled 'The Meeting of Fitness Enthusiasts Sayuri and Han Groo! A Noisy Workout Session of Single Moms' was uploaded.
In the video, Han Groo recalled the painful past when her weight increased to 60kg after pregnancy, leading to muscle loss and a herniated disc. She shared her desperate struggle to regain her health and build muscle, revealing that she had to take her twin children, Raon and Daon, to daycare while unable to straighten her back properly. Han Groo also recounted the story of wearing two baby carriers to carry her twins simultaneously, showcasing her strong sense of responsibility as a mother.
However, after the show, Sayuri developed a strong desire to have a child, which motivated her to seriously focus on her fitness for a healthy pregnancy. She shared an experience of traveling to Japan with her 21kg son, Zen, while he was asleep, demonstrating her extraordinary strength by carrying him for an hour.
Sayuri expressed her heartfelt reason for always giving her son piggyback rides, saying she didn't want him to feel the absence of a father figure. She lightened the mood with a playful remark, saying, "I need a man who can easily lift a 21kg child. If you can give piggyback rides, contact me."
Both Sayuri, who is proudly navigating life as a single mother by choice, and Han Groo, who is raising twins alone after a divorce, deeply empathize with each other's struggles. They deliver a warm message of encouragement to viewers, united by their shared experiences as single moms.
