Regarding her 'body management secrets', Seong Hae-eun mentioned, "Many people have asked me to share," and revealed, "There was a time when I weighed over 70kg at 170cm during my flight attendant days," surprising many.

She confessed, "After becoming a flight attendant, I gained a lot of weight from eating in-flight meals. I would eat several trays of in-flight meals and also a lot of local food. I gained weight rapidly, eating hotel breakfasts and instant noodles in my room."

She mentioned that her flight attendant uniform size kept increasing until there was only one size left to go up. Feeling the urgency, she decided to diet, saying, "I reduced my food intake and fasted to lose weight down to 50kg for a modeling job."

Regarding her '20kg weight loss secrets', Seong Hae-eun emphasized, "Diet and exercise that suits you are important." She follows three dietary principles to maintain her current weight.

She listed, "Eating in the order of fiber-protein-carbohydrates, balanced intake of protein, fat, and carbohydrates, consuming complex carbohydrates, and having a clean meal on an empty stomach in the morning, with no late-night snacks."

On exercise, she shared, "I've tried almost everything like gym workouts, yoga, pilates, boxing, ballet, running, hiking, golf, spinning, etc. It's good to try various things and find the exercise you enjoy. Currently, I'm happily and healthily into CrossFit and hiking."

Highlighting the importance of managing swelling, Seong Hae-eun stated, "It's crucial to manage swelling well. Just following this can help with dieting. I'm not someone who always looks slim; I'm constantly battling with dieting. This is my real method."
